化工行業粉體造粒【DAAM】

應(ying)用(yong)Application：

  DAAM具有(you)兩種反應性基(ji)團(tuan)，N-取代的酰胺和甲(jia)酮，極易于(yu)其它(ta)乙烯及單體共聚，從而(er)向(xiang)聚合物(wu)中(zhong)引入酮羰基(ji)的化學性質可以使(shi)聚合物(wu)發生交(jiao)聯(lian)接枝等反應，用于(yu)制備(bei)各種粘合劑(ji)、增(zeng)稠劑(ji)、紙張(zhang)補強劑(ji)、交(jiao)聯(lian)劑(ji)等。

已廣泛用于涂料、粘合劑、日用化(hua)工、環氧樹脂固化(hua)劑、感光樹脂助劑、紡織助劑、醫療衛生(sheng)等領域中(zhong)。

  DAAM owns two reactive groups, namely N - substituted amides and ketone. It is extremely easy for copolymerization with other vinyl monomer, thus the introduction of ketone carbonyl chemical properties can lead polymer to crosslinking and graft reaction, which can prepare various adhesives, thickener, paper reinforcing agent, crosslinking agent, etc.

It has been widely used in fields like coatings, adhesives, daily chemical industry, the epoxy resin curing agent, photosensitive resin additives, textile auxiliaries, health care, ect.

  感(gan)光樹脂Photosensitive resin

  用光(guang)亮的、堅硬耐酸堿的固體雙胺均聚物生產感光(guang)樹(shu)脂，能使樹(shu)脂感光(guang)速度快，曝光(guang)后非影響(xiang)部(bu)分容易(yi)去除，從(cong)而獲得清(qing)晰且強(qiang)度好、耐水性好的版面。

DAAM的(de)另一(yi)重要用(yong)(yong)途是可(ke)部(bu)分取代明(ming)(ming)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)，明(ming)(ming)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)用(yong)(yong)于感光乳劑(ji)，一(yi)直以(yi)來很難找到(dao)理想產品(pin)來替代。高純度的(de)照(zhao)相用(yong)(yong)明(ming)(ming)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)長期以(yi)來供不應求，預計感光材料(liao)年需(xu)明(ming)(ming)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)量(liang)2500噸(dun)，但目前國內照(zhao)相用(yong)(yong)明(ming)(ming)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)產量(liang)僅數百噸(dun)。

Photosensitive resin produced by light, hard, acid and alkali- resistant solid diamine homopolymer   has high resin photographic speed. The non-affected part is easy to be removed after exposure, thus getting a clear paper layout with good strength and resistance to water.

Another important application of DAAM is that it can partly replace gelatin, which is used for photographic emulsions and difficult to be replaced by other ideal products. Gelatin has long been in short supply for high purity of photographic, 2500 tons of gelatin are expected for photosensitive materials, while domestic photographic gelatin production is only hundreds of tons at present.

 Used for adhesives

可(ke)(ke)用作纖維(wei)質(zhi)化合(he)物(wu)、水泥、玻(bo)璃、鋁(lv)及聚(ju)氯乙烯(xi)的(de)粘結(jie)促(cu)進(jin)劑(ji)和改良劑(ji)，同時(shi)也可(ke)(ke)壓制成壓敏(min)粘合(he)劑(ji)，又可(ke)(ke)作為紙張(zhang)、紡織品及含丙烯(xi)基聚(ju)合(he)物(wu)塑料(liao)薄(bo)膜的(de) 熱(re)敏(min)粘合(he)劑(ji)。  

 Can be used as adhesive promoter and improver for fiber compounds, cement, glass, aluminium and PVC, meanwhile it can also be compressed to produce pressure-sensitive adhesives, and can be used as heat-sensitive adhesives for paper, textiles and plastic film with allyl polymer.

 

  在其他(ta)方面(mian)的應用

  可作為環氧樹(shu)脂(zhi)、船底(di)防(fang)銹漆、船底(di)水下涂(tu)(tu)料(liao)、丙烯酸樹(shu)脂(zhi)涂(tu)(tu)料(liao)、不飽和聚酯等涂(tu)(tu)料(liao)的固化(hua)劑；

  can be used as curing agent for epoxy resin, anticorrosive paint of ship bottom,  underwater paint of ship bottom, acrylic resin coatings, unsaturated polyester paint, etc;

  DAAM的(de)(de)水溶性共聚物單(dan)體(ti)被(bei)有(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)應用于具有(you)懸浮固體(ti)的(de)(de)澄清(qing)；

  The water-soluble copolymer monomer of DAAM was effectively applied to the clarification of suspended solid;

  可用作(zuo)熱制作(zuo)的激光記錄材料；

  Can be used as the laser recording materials produced by heat;

  用作玻璃防模糊(hu)劑；

  Used as glass fuzzy remover;

  用(yong)作(zuo)水(shui)溶性光敏樹脂成分(fen)；

  Used as composition of water-soluble photosensitive resin;

  用于水溶性涂料中。

  Used for water-soluble paints.
